FLOWS Visitors provides a simple and standardised way to collect visitor data directly at tourism information centres, museums, attractions and other visitor entry points. Using a lightweight web application on a tablet or screen, staff can record a visit in just a few seconds. Depending on the location, they can capture the number of visitors, country of origin, visitor type and purpose of visit, while date, time and location are added automatically.

The solution responds to a common challenge in destinations: visitor data is often fragmented across spreadsheets, ticketing systems or manual records, making comparison and analysis difficult.
